This Lowland malt spirit has been aged in our traditional dunnage warehouse in an Oloroso Spanish sherry cask. The single cask has been hand bottled in the distillery at a cask strength of 61.3% ABV. in 20cl bottles.

It is a full bodied non-chill filtered spirit, with a stunning golden colour, which belies its young age.

On the nose

Dark Chocolate, Raisins, Prunes, Christmas Pudding and Fresh Cut Grass

On the palete

Spices, Treacle, Toffee, Honey, Green Apples and Mango

On the Finish

Christmas Pudding, Treacle, Oak Tannin and Melon
